2017 International Conference on Biological Engineering and Pharmaceutical Research [BEPR2017] is an annual scientific international conference concentrating on Biotechnology and pharmaceutical for experts and scholar in the corresponding fields. BEPR2017 will be held in Wuhan, during December 15-17, 2017. The conference aims to provide a platform for experts, professionals, researchers and students in the areas to share the updated information and stimulate the communication with each other.

Biochemical Engineering, also biotechnology engineering or bioprocess engineering, is a branch of chemical engineering that mainly deals with the design and construction of unit processes that involve biological organisms or molecules, such as bioreactors.[citation needed] Its applications are in the petrochemical industry, food, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and water treatment industries. While the pharmaceutical researches are a group of interdisciplinary areas of study concerned with the design, action, delivery, and disposition of drugs. It applies knowledge from chemistry (inorganic, physical, biochemical and analytical), biology (anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, cell biology, and molecular biology), epidemiology, statistics, chemometrics, mathematics, physics, and chemical engineering. 

Apart from an interesting and stimulating program, there will be time to explore Wuhan: Replica instruments of ancient originals are played at the Hubei Provincial Museum. A replica set of bronze concert bells is in the background and a set of stone chimes is to the right. Wuhan has many lakes around the city, the East Lake, as well as the South Lake.

√All accepted paper by BEPR2017 will be published as a proceedings, and submitted to EI, CPCI and Google Scholar for indexing.

√Excellent papers will be selected and recommended from the proceedings to SCI or EI journals after the conference.

  • Submission Guidelines A

    – The construction of the papers should be complete, includes title, authors' information, abstract, keywords, introduction, body, conclusion and references mostly in late 5 years.
    – The official language of the papers will be English, other languages are not acceptable even in Figures or Tables.
    – Please provide reliable contact information in the email text, including address, telephone, email etc. Also pls add our email into white list for the smoother communication.
  • Submission Guidelines B

    – The papers should be original, unpublished or not submitted for publication elsewhere. Plagiarized articles will not be considered and the consequences will be responsible to author themselves.
    – The papers should be written in English, and not translated by translation software.
    – The suggested length of the papers will be 4 to 6 pages, if your paper exceeds 6 pages, there will be extra publication fees.

    PRIST University, India

    Piperidins, a nitrogen containing heterocycles, always signified a subject of great interest due to their ubiquity in nature and massive presence as part of the skeletal backbone of many therapeutic agents and naturally occurring alkaloids. The main concern in drug discovery normally lies in conceiving an ideal structure of needed drug with negligible or minimal adverse effects usually based on theoretical consideration and in constructing a plausible way for an advantageous synthesis towards that target drug. Hence, chemists having specific reason for synthesizing a particular compound, have to work backward starting from the structure of the compound i.e., to adopt retro synthetic approach.

    Taiwan has become an aging society in 1993, and is estimated to become the aged society in 2017. Along with the progress of technology and medical care, the elderly population is escalating rapidly. Age-related progressive skeletal muscle loss is a specific presentation, which is termed “sarcopenia”. Sarcopenia is defined as the age-related loss of skeletal muscle mass plus decrease of muscle strength or functional impairment. Sarcopenia is closely associated with physical dependence and disabilities lower quality of life, even the cardiopulmonary performance and mortality in the elderly. Preventive medicine and medical care for elderly adults has become a pressing concern issue. Sarcopenia, a small decrease in skeletal muscle mass or function decline plays a major role in elderly degenerative disease. Related acute and chronic diseases, often exacerbated by Sarcopenia, can considerably affect patients’quality of life and incur substantial medicine expenses.

    University of Queensland, Australia

    A new perspective for the future chemical synthesis of biological molecules required for sustenance will be presented with emphasis on promising possibilities which prebiotic synthesis is thought to bring about. In doing so, we take into consideration that the synthesis of whole classes of the prebiotic molecules have been described.  The first were the bioinformatics molecules, essential to code for organisms, followed by the D-sugars, RNA and DNA.  The second were the photosynthetic pigments, especially porphin and bilirubin.  The third were all the L-amino acids, and then the terpenes and vitamins. Present work is on the synthesis of the cobalamin structure. Some empirical research awaits to commercialise the syntheses that spontaneously began in the atmosphere of the early Earth.
